whats the difference? besides the graphics

as far as i know, the frame rate is the only disputed point.

You're very wrong. Every review I've seen rates the PS3 version lower due to graphics problems. I'm not a fangirl, I have both consoles, and have had the XBox demo for over a month. I'll be getting the Xbox version from GameFly hopefully this week, but at least eventually. The demo was amazing. ^_^

i have the ps3 demo, but i don't know if that counts as a good indicator.

and i'll burn it for 360 after it verifies (still holding out hope for an eventual future console to mod for live).

and yeah, a reasonable effort on your (the OP) part would show that the ps3 version is generally panned for frame-rate issues. famitsu even held it against the ps3.
